What this module does
Hotel Property Management System runs your whole property inside Odoo. Set up your buildings, floors, room types, rooms and rate plans once, then take reservations from three places at once: the OTAs through the Channex channel manager, your own website through a commission-free direct booking portal, and the front desk on a visual tape chart.
Every stay opens a guest folio built on Odoo Sales, so room charges, meal plans, services, stay tax and Point of Sale orders all land on one bill that flows straight into your accounting. Housekeeping, maintenance, events and catering, loyalty and reviews are all built in, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR are one click away, and the optional areas can be switched on or off to fit how you work. It ships ready in 8 languages.

Publish your rates and availability to the big travel sites and pull their bookings straight back into Odoo, all through the Channex channel manager. Set it up once and it syncs both ways.
The channel manager connects through Channex, a separate third-party service. Setting up a Channex account and paying its subscription are the buyer's responsibility, arranged directly with Channex, and are not included in this module, which provides the connector only. Channels shown are examples supported through Channex; names and marks belong to their owners.

Yes, through the Channex channel manager. Rates, availability and reservations sync both ways, so a booking on any connected OTA closes the room across all of them and on your own site.
