What this module does
Smart Mirror turns any eyewear product page in your Odoo shop into a live AR fitting room. You enable Virtual Try-On on a product, upload a .glb 3D model of the frame and enter its real width in millimetres, and the storefront adds a Try On button to that product. When a shopper clicks it their webcam opens and the frame renders on their face in real time, tracking head movement and sizing itself true to life from the width you set.
All of the face tracking and 3D rendering run on the shopper's own device inside the browser. No image, photo, video or face measurement is ever uploaded, stored or transmitted to your server or any third party, which keeps the whole feature private and free of a data trail. A depth occluder hides the temple arms behind the head so the glasses sit naturally rather than floating in front of the face.
Because nothing runs on a server, there is no API key, no external provider and no cost per try-on, whether one shopper or a thousand are trying on at once. If the camera is blocked or unavailable the overlay shows a clean message instead of breaking the page. It runs on Odoo Community and Enterprise and depends only on website_sale.

How it looks
From a two-field setup to a live try-on on the storefront.
On the product's Virtual Try-On tab you switch on Virtual Try-On, upload the .glb model of the frame, and enter the real frame width in millimetres. That is the whole setup, two fields and a file.
A Try On button appears on the product page in your website shop, right next to Add to Cart. It shows only on products you enabled and that have a 3D model ready.
The webcam opens and the glasses appear on the shopper's face at true size, tracking their head as they move so they can see the fit from any angle. Everything happens on their device, with nothing sent anywhere.
