How It Works
The module adds two fields to every product: Show WhatsApp Button (boolean) and WhatsApp Number (Char). When enabled, the website product page automatically hides the standard âAdd to Cartâ section and displays a sleek quantity input + WhatsApp button. Customers enter a quantity, click the button, and are taken to WhatsApp with a fully prefilled order message no friction, no extra steps.
Step 1: Enable WhatsApp Order on Any Product
In the product form (Sales tab), check âShow WhatsApp Buttonâ and enter your WhatsApp number with country code (without `+`). The number field appears automatically when the checkbox is enabled.
Step 2: Customer Sees WhatsApp Button
The product page now shows a modern quantity field and a vibrant âOrder via WhatsAppâ button. The standard âAdd to Cartâ and quantity selector are completely hidden.
Step 3: Smart Quantity Validation
If the customer tries to order 0 or an empty quantity, the input field turns red, shakes, and displays âMin 1â. The WhatsApp link is blocked until a valid quantity is entered.
Step 4: Prefilled Order Message
Clicking the button opens WhatsApp (web or app) with a message containing: product name, ID, internal reference, quantity, and a direct link to the product. Ready to send in one tap.

Does this work with WhatsApp Business API?
It uses the standard `wa.me` link, which works with both WhatsApp Messenger and WhatsApp Business. No API key required.

What happens to the regular Add to Cart button?
