Website Payment Method Fee
The Website Payment Method Fee module allows you to configure additional charges based on the selected payment provider in your Odoo eCommerce. You can apply either a Fixed Fee or a Percentage-based Fee, which is automatically added to the cart and reflected in Sales Orders and PDFs.

⚙️ Workflow
- Go to Configuration → Payment Providers.
- Open any Payment Provider to configure the payment fee.
- Navigate to the Payment Fee section and enable Apply Payment Fee to Website Orders.

Select the Payment Fee Calculation Method:
- Fixed – Set a fixed amount to be charged.
- Percentage – Set a percentage of the order subtotal.
- When the customer selects that payment method on the website payment page, the fee is automatically added to the order.
- The payment fee is included in the Sales Order in the backend.
- The payment fee is also printed in the Sales Order PDF.

1. Go to Configuration → Payment Providers
Navigate to Configuration → Payment Providers from the Odoo backend.
2. Open Payment Provider
Open any Payment Provider to configure the payment fee.
3. Enable Payment Fee
Navigate to the Payment Fee section and enable Apply Payment Fee to Website Orders.
4. Fixed Fee Configuration
Choose Fixed as the calculation method and set the Fixed Amount. The Payment Fee Product will be added to the cart as the payment charge.
5. Automatic Fee Application (Fixed)
When the payment method is selected on the payment page, the fixed payment fee is automatically applied.
6. Fee in Sales Order PDF (Fixed)
The payment fee is successfully included in the Sales Order PDF.
7. Fee in Backend Sales Order (Fixed)
The payment fee is also reflected in the backend Sales Order.
8. Percentage Fee Configuration
Choose Percentage as the calculation method and set the percentage of the order total value.
9. Automatic Fee Application (Percentage)
When the payment method is selected on the payment page, the payment fee is automatically calculated as a percentage based on the order subtotal.
10. Fee in Sales Order PDF (Percentage)
The percentage-based payment fee is successfully included in the Sales Order PDF.
11. Fee in Backend Sales Order (Percentage)
The percentage-based payment fee is also reflected in the backend Sales Order.
