Advanced Insurance Management
Advanced Insurance Management module offers a comprehensive solution for managing insurance operations effectively. It includes features such as policy administration, claims processing, customer relationship management, and billing. The module is designed to handle various types of insurance policies, including health, life, property, and casualty.
Key Highlights
The Dashboard displays essential information on policies, claims, customers, agents, and categories, with graphical representations.
You have the ability to manage insurance agent commissions, whether fixed amounts or percentages.
You can manage insurance and claim-related documents, simplifying document management for insured policies and claims.
Nominees can be added to the policy, specifying their relation to the policyholder and the percentage they are entitled to.
Assign user roles like manager or standard user per-user, regulating access and permissions for effective administration.
Dashboard of Advanced Insurance Management,Here we can see all record of Insurance and Claim in different state,Agents,Categories,Sub Categories and some graphs
This is the form view of insurance ,here we can add all details of insurance,Select insurance policy and fill all necessary details and procedures
When selecting the Insurance policy its related documents will automatically appear on related Documents tab,please ensure to attach all documents ,otherwise when click on confirm policy button User Error will appear.
Add Nominee's in the Insurance Nominee tab.
After confirming the policy add payment type and create invoice,if Payment type is fixed click on create total invoice Button the invoice will created
If you want to claim your insurance Click on create claim,specify claim reason, Save it,
If payment type is installment,add duration in months,click on create installment amount
if the policy holder have An agent ,then you can specify the agent in insurance Form and you can create invoice for them.Here we can select commission type,fixed or percentage of total insurance amount
Here you can see all policy holder and You can create a new one.
Here You can see all agents and You can create a new one.
This is the view of claim menu,In the form view you have to add all details like claim reason, claim document. after that click submit button ,then Approve or Reject the Claim.If the Claim approved You Can create settlement of claim amount by clicking create settlement Button.
This is the configuration tab,which is Only accessible to manager,Here you can configure category,sub category,insurance policy,insurance for,insured Documents which means the documents Needed to Take Insurance,Claim Documents which means the Documents Needed to approve the Claim, claim Reason,Nominee Relation.
To configure a insurance policy,you can add name of insurance policy from sub category add a unique policy number,insurance amount, claim amount, policy document,claim document, description about policy and Terms and conditions of Policy
In the Insurance Details Tab of policy Holder the all insurance details will shown automatically
It also Add to agent view to see all agent commission in that tab
Here public users can Create insurance directly by just adding details and submit the button,user does not need to come directly to insurance company
