Navigate to Discount and Loyalty in point of sale
Create a new record
Set the Program Type to Meal program
The Max/Day/Customer field determines the number of times a staff can use the discount in a day
The Customer Domain field determines which contacts the discount should apply to. In this case, it shoild be the employees
Set the product domain in rules
Set the discount to apply on the order
Now, with the customer set, the discount will be applied on the order as many times as allowed in a day
