Overview
Secure Records is an Odoo app that allows businesses to protect sensitive records by controlling who can see or modify them. With this module, administrators can define which user groups have access to specific models or records, and a lock icon clearly indicates when a record is secured. If a record is marked as protected, only authorized users can open or edit it, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Secure Records
- Navigate to the Settings menu, go to the Technical menu, and select the Model Configuration menu.
- Configure which models should have secure records. Assign user groups that can access these records.
- Two server actions (Secure Records and Release Records) will be added to the model for which the record has been created, and a lock icon will be added to the tree view of that model.
- Select the records you want to secure and run the Secure Records server action.
- If you want to release secure records, run the release records action.
- Only users in the assigned group can access these secure records. If other users access those records, they get an access error.
