Go to Smartsheet Connector >> Configurations.
Select your configuration, then navigate to Smartsheet Settings >> Smartsheet Data Configuration >> Contacts.
- if you want to import profile image of the contact then enable Import Contact Image
Click on button import Contacts to fetch the contacts of smart sheet to odoo.
Once the import is completed, you will receive a notification confirming the successful import.
- The Fetched contacts can be found at Contacts .
- To Automatically fetch Contacts from Smart sheet to odoo, Enable Auto Import Contacts , Here Specify the time then click on button create Schedule Action.
- Related logs can be found in the Logs section for tracking import details.

Select your configuration, then navigate to Smartsheet Settings >> Smartsheet Data Configuration >> Users.
- Click on button to import Users to fetch the Users of smart sheet to odoo. Once the import is completed, you will receive a notification confirming the successful import.
- The Fetched Users can be found at Settings >> Users & Companies >> Users.
- To UnActivate the Active User In Smartsheet From Odoo,Navigate to Any User >> Smartsheet. Click on Button Unactivate User .
- To ReActivate the Unactive User In Smartsheet From Odoo,Navigate to Any User >> Smartsheet. Click on Button ReActivate User .
- If You Want To Remove Any user in Smartsheet from odoo, Click on Button Remove Account from Smartsheet .
- To Automatically fetch Users from Smart sheet to odoo. Enable Auto Import Users , Here Specify the time then click on button create Schedule Action.
- To Export Users from odoo to Smart sheet , Enable Export User. Navigate to Settings >> Users & Companies >> Users.
Select the users which you want to export >> Export Users to Smartsheet .
- To Automatically Export Users from odoo to Smart sheet . Enable Auto Export Users , Here Specify the time then click on button create Schedule Action.

- To Remove Shares From Smart sheet and Odoo Click on button Delete From Smart sheet.
- To Remove Dashboard from Smart sheet and Odoo Click on button Delete From Smart sheet.
- To Change Location of Dashboard to Another in Smart sheet And Odoo , Click on Button Move Dashboard.
- Specify the Location for dashboard >> Move .
- To Export Shares Of Dashboards to Smartsheet, Click on Button Add Shares
- To Automatically Import Dashboards from Smart sheet to Odoo . Enable Auto Import Dashboard , Here Specify the time then click on button create Schedule Action.
- To Automatically Import Dashboards Shares from Smart sheet to Odoo . Enable Auto Import Dashboard shares , Here Specify the time then click on button create Schedule Action.

- Specify the report format
- If you want to include attachments, proof, or discussions in the report, enable
Include Discussion, Include Proof, and Include Attachment.
Then, click the Import Reports button to proceed.
Once the import is completed, you will receive a notification confirming the successful import.

- Navigate to Report. To Fetch Shares of Report Click on button Get Shares Fetched Shares of Report Can be found at Shares.
- To Remove Shares From Smart sheet and Odoo Click on button Delete From Smart sheet.
- To Publish Report Click on button Publish.
- To Export Shares Of Report to Smartsheet, Click on Button Add Shares
- To Automatically Import Reports from Smart sheet to Odoo . Enable Auto Import Report
- To Automatically Import Reports Shares from Smart sheet to Odoo . Enable Auto Import Report shares , Here Specify the time then click on button create Schedule Action.

- To Automatically Export Groups from Odoo to Smart sheet. Enable Auto Export Groups , Here Specify the time then click on button create Schedule Action.

- To Export Workspace from Odoo to Smart sheet. Enable Auto Export Workspace .
- Navigate to Smartsheet Connector >> Home >> Workspaces Select All the workspace that you want to Export >> Export Workspace to Smartsheet .
- To Automatically Import Workspaces from Smart sheet to Odoo . Enable Auto Import Workspace .
- To Automatically Import Workspace shares from Smart sheet to Odoo . Enable Auto Import Workspace shares .
- To Automatically Export Workspaces from Odoo to Smart sheet . Enable Auto Export Workspace, Here Specify the time then click on button create Schedule Action.

- To Export Folder from Odoo to Smart sheet. Enable Auto Export Folder
- Navigate to Smartsheet Connector >> Home >> Folders Select All the Folders that you want to Export >> Export Folders to Smartsheet .
- To Automatically Import Folders from Smart sheet to Odoo , Enable Auto Import Folders .
- To Automatically Export Folders from Odoo to Smart sheet , Enable Auto Export Folder, Here Specify the time then click on button create Schedule Action .

- The Attachments,Proof, Discussion is Attached in related Sheet's Chatter.
- Navigate to Sheet. To Get Shares of Sheet ,click on Button Get Shares. To Remove Shares of Sheet from Smart sheet and odoo , Click on button Delete From Smartsheet.
- To Export Shares of Sheet from Odoo to Smart sheet , Click on button Add Shares.
- If You want to Publish Sheet , Click on button Publish.
- To Move Sheet To Another Location ,Click On Button Move then Specify the location If You want to Delete Sheet from Smart sheet , Click on button Delete from Smartsheet. If You want to Create Project from Sheet , Click on button Create Project
