Stock Inter Transfer Account
- Go to Invoicing >> Configuration >> Settings
Enable 'Activate accounts when transfer between different storage locations' that
means you are activate our model.
User must have group 'Show Full Accounting Features' and 'Stock Accounting Automatic'.
- Select 'Inter-Locations Clearing Account' , this is the default account if in Internal Transfer in any stock location the 'Stock Valuation Account' is not define then , when the journal is create at that time 'Inter-Locations Clearing Account' by default use.
- Noted that the type of the 'Inter-Locations Clearing Account' is must me 'Current Assets' and must allow Reconcillation.
- Noted that the storable products which you use in Internal Transfer , it's 'Costing Method' must be 'Average Cost (AVCO)' and 'Inventory Valuation' must be 'Automated'.
- Go to Inventory >> Location Stock Valuation Accounts Allows you to set separate stock valuation accounts for different storage locations. If not explicitly defined, the system defaults to using 'Inter-Locations Clearing Account'.
- Stock Journal You can define custom stock journals for each stock location. If not explicitly defined, the system defaults to using the standard journal defined in the product category. Journal entries are automatically created for internal stock transfers between locations.

Location-2 has custom 'Stock Valuation Accounts' but not custom 'Stock Journal'.
