Overview
The Stock Picking Cancel Odoo app enhances inventory management by allowing users to cancel validated or completed stock pickings and revert them to a draft stage. This functionality addresses common errors that occur during the receipt and delivery of goods, ensuring that users can correct mistakes without facing limitations in the default Odoo system.In standard Odoo, there is no built-in option to revert these actions. This app addresses that gap, allowing users to effectively cancel validated delivery orders and incoming shipments.

Easily cancel validated or done stock pickings (both receipts and deliveries).
Revert completed stock pickings back to the draft state.
Cancelling a picking not only reverts the picking status but also adjusts the associated
stock moves and quantities, ensuring accurate inventory management.
Provides easy access to cancellation features for all users.
Supported in Odoo community and enterprise edition.
Stock Picking Cancel Reverse
- Go to Settings >> Users & Companies >> Users
Access to this control is limited to certain users, which is why we established a new group named 'Picking/Button Cancel' for managing access rights. Typically, these groups are assigned in inventory management.
- The cancel button is now visible on the picking's Done state. If you cancel Delivery Order in Done state , quantity of that product will increase. If you cancel Receipts in Done State , quantity of that product will decrease.
- Case - 1
- Currently the Deliver Orders is in the Done stage with Product 'Large Cabinet' with the Quantity '10'.
- Before cancel Delivery Order 'On Hand' quantity of product is '655'.
- After cancel Delivery Order 'On Hand' quantity of product is '665'.
- After cancelling completed stock pickings you can revert it back to the draft state by clicking 'Set To Draft' button.
- A cancelled picking will be in the draft stage, and you can delete it after cancellation.
- Case - 2
- Currently the Receipts is in the Done stage with Product 'Large Cabinet' with the Quantity '10'.
- Before cancel Receipts Order 'On Hand' quantity of product is 675.
- After cancel Receipts Order 'On Hand' quantity of product is 665.
- After cancelling completed stock pickings you can revert it back to the draft state by clicking 'Set To Draft' button.
