When a CRM lead or opportunity is assigned (or reassigned) to a salesperson, they instantly receive a sticky popup notification right in their browser no page refresh needed. The notification includes the lead name, phone number, and a direct "Open Lead" button to jump straight to the record.

How It Works

A manager or automation sets the Salesperson field on a CRM lead or opportunity.
A rich popup notification is pushed to the assigned user's browser via bus.bus.
The user sees the lead name, phone number, and a button to open the lead directly.
