Hướng dẫn này giúp bạn thiết lập và sử dụng module d_payment_zalopay trong Odoo để tích hợp cổng thanh toán ZaloPay cho website (bán hàng online, hóa đơn điện tử...).

1. Tổng quan

2. Yêu cầu trước khi cài đặt

  • Đã cài đặt d_payment_zalopay và cấu hình merchant (App ID, Key1, Key2)
  • Có tài khoản ZaloPay Merchant đã xác thực

3. Cài đặt & Cấu hình

3.1. Cài đặt module

  1. Cài đặt d_payment_zalopay
  2. Đảm bảo các module phụ thuộc đã được cài đặt

3.2. Cấu hình ZaloPay

  1. Đăng ký tài khoản ZaloPay Merchant tại https://mc.zalopay.vn/
  2. Lấy App ID, Key1, Key2 từ trang quản lý merchant
  3. Trong Odoo, vào Cấu hình > Các nhà cung cấp thanh toán, kích hoạt ZaloPay
  4. Nhập thông tin App ID, Key1, Key2 vào cấu hình

4. Các phương thức thanh toán hỗ trợ

  • VietQR: Quét mã QR bằng app ngân hàng, chuyển khoản trực tiếp

5. Quy trình thanh toán

  3. Thực hiện thanh toán qua cổng ZaloPay
  4. Trạng thái thanh toán được cập nhật tự động trong Odoo
  5. Khách hàng nhận xác nhận trên website

6. Quản lý hoàn tiền

  • Truy cập vào đơn hàng cần hoàn tiền trong Odoo
  • Tìm đến phiếu thanh toán và Nhấn nút "Hoàn tiền" trong phần thanh toán
  • Nhập số tiền hoàn tiền (có thể hoàn tiền một phần)
  • Hệ thống tự động gửi yêu cầu hoàn tiền đến ZaloPay
  • Trạng thái hoàn tiền được cập nhật theo thời gian thực

This guide helps you set up and use the d_payment_zalopay module in Odoo to integrate ZaloPay as a payment provider for your Odoo website (eCommerce, online invoice, etc).

1. Overview

  • Supports multiple payment methods: VietQR, ZaloPay App, NAPAS domestic cards, Visa/Master/JCB
  • Seamless integration with ZaloPay payment gateway for online payments
  • Automatic payment confirmation via webhook
  • Refund management and real-time status update

2. Prerequisites

  • Install d_payment_zalopay and configure merchant info (App ID, Key1, Key2)
  • Have a verified ZaloPay Merchant account

3. Installation & Configuration

3.1. Install the module

  1. Install d_payment_zalopay
  2. Ensure all dependencies are installed

3.2. Configure ZaloPay

  1. Register a ZaloPay Merchant account at https://mc.zalopay.vn/
  2. Obtain App ID, Key1, Key2 from the merchant management page
  3. In Odoo, go to Configuration > Payment Providers, activate ZaloPay
  4. Enter App ID, Key1, Key2 information in the configuration

4. Supported Payment Methods

  5. Customer receives confirmation on the website

  • Access the order requiring refund in Odoo
  • Click "Refund" button in the payment section
  • Enter refund amount (partial refunds supported)
  • System automatically sends refund request to ZaloPay
