It ensures degrees are granted only to students who have passed all subjects with a minimum CGPA of 2.0. Featuring a multi-stage workflow (Draft, Applied, To Approve, Approved, Done, Cancelled), it supports document attachments, detailed tracking, and approval forwarding to ensure transparency. Role-based access controls maintain security and accountability by restricting actions to authorized users.
