Smart Invoice Delete with Auto Redirect
This module allows users to securely delete invoices and bills in just one click. It ensures even posted invoices are safely reverted to draft and deleted, with auto redirection to the relevant view.

Why This Module?
In standard Odoo, deleting posted invoices can be tricky and risky. This module simplifies the process while keeping your data integrity intact â ideal for accounting teams and system admins.
Step 1: Configure User Access
Navigate to Settings â Users & Companies â Users and grant necessary rights.

Step 2: Create Invoice or Bill
Go to Customer Invoices or Vendor Bills, and click Create.

Step 3: Post the Invoice
Fill all details and confirm to move invoice to Posted state.

Step 4: Delete Invoice Using Custom Button
Click Delete. The invoice is first reverted to draft
, then
securely deleted.

Step 5: Smart Redirect Based on Invoice Type
System redirects user automatically after deletion:
- Customer Invoice: â Customer Invoices list view
- Vendor Bill: â Vendor Bills list view
