App Installation
After, Purchase app you need to install this app.
Setting up and connecting Odoo with Delhivery
Following steps to you can configure Delhivery with Odoo,
1. Goto Setting > Company and goto "Delhivery Configurations" tab.
2. Fill-up all required information such as,
> Enable "Do you want to enable Delhivery Shipping?" this option.
> API Token: You will get this information from Delhivery.
3. Test Connection: Click this button to system will successfully built connection with Delhivery.
Create and configure Warehouse & Delivery Methods for Delhivery
Following step(s) you can do required configuration for warehouse,
1. Goto Inventory > Configuration > Warehouses. 2. Create a new "Delhivery Address" for Delhivery. That address information should be same as per "Pickup Location/Address" of the Delhivery otherwise it wont allowed to process delivery by Delhivery.
Following step(s) you can create and configure various delivery methods,
1. Goto Inventory > Configuration > Shipping method and create new delivery for Delhivery.
2. Fill-up/configure below required information,
2.1 Provider: Select Delhivery
2.2 Integration Level: Select Get Rate and Create Shipment
2.3 Goto Delhivery Configurations tab,
2.3.1 Company: Select a company
2.3.2 Shipping Mode: Select a shipping mode
2.3.3 Package Dimension: Select package dimension
2.3.4 Package/Order Weight Unit: Select weight unit
3. If you want to enable this delivery method for the website order then, click on Unpublish button(Header has this button) to it will change to Publish(Green color).
Create Sales Order with Delhivery Shipping Method
Validate Delivery Order, Get Tracking Number and Generate Shipping Label
1. Validate delivery order to create/submit shipment in Delhivery, Get tracking number and Generate shipping label from Delhivery. 2. Tracking(Header Magic Button): Click on this button to you will redirect Delhivery website and track the live status of the shipment. 3. Fetch Tracking Status: Click on this button to system will fetch current status of the shipment.
Re-generate Label, Tracking Status History, and Shipment Status History
Cancel Delhivery Shipment from Odoo
Tracking number have "-> Cancel" button. Click on this button to system will cancel shipment in Delhivery.
Delhivery with Website Order
Shipping rates will be automatically fetched from Delhivery for their all services and will be visible under the "Choose a delivery method" section.
