App Installation

Setting up and connecting Odoo with XpressBees
Following steps to you can configure XpressBees with Odoo,
1. Goto Setting > Company and goto "XpressBees Configurations" tab.
2. Fill-up all required information such as,
> Enable "Do you want to enable XpressBees Shipping?" this option.
> Email ID, Password: You will get this information from XpressBees.
3. Connect XpressBees: Click this button to system will successfully built connection with XpressBees and generate authorization token.
4. Refresh Auth Token: Click this button to you can re-generate new authorization token.
5. Fetch Courier/Shipping Services: This is required. Click on this button to system will fetch shipping services from XpressBees.
> You can see all retrieved shipping services under the "Inventory > Configuration > Delivery Section > XpressBees Couriers" menu.
Create and configure Delivery Methods for XpressBees
Following step(s) you can create and configure various delivery methods,
1. Goto Inventory > Configuration > Shipping method and create new delivery for XpressBees.
2. Fill-up/configure below required information,
2.1 Provider: Select XpressBees
2.2 Integration Level: Select Get Rate and Create Shipment
2.3 Goto XpressBees Configurations tab,
2.3.1 Company: Select a company
2.3.2 XpressBees Courier: Select a courier/service
2.3.3 Package Dimension: Select package dimension
2.3.4 Package/Order Weight Unit: Select weight unit
3. If you want to enable this delivery method for the website order then, click on Unpublish button(Header has this button) to it will change to Publish(Green color).
Create Sales Order with XpressBees Shipping Method
Validate Delivery Order, Get Tracking Number and Generate Shipping Label
1. Validate delivery order to create/submit shipment in XpressBees, Get tracking number and Generate shipping label from XpressBees. 2. Tracking(Header Magic Button): Click on this button to you will redirect XpressBees website and track the live status of the shipment. 3. Fetch XB Shipping Status: Click on this button to system will fetch current status of the shipment.
Realtime Get Shipment Status from XpressBees
1. Navigate to the company dashboard and open the "XpressBees Configurations" tab. Copy the "Shipment Status Webhook URL".
2. Go to the XpressBees website and then to "Settings > Webhooks".
3. Create a new webhook record and fill in the necessary information,
> Webhook name: i.e Odoo Production "Prod Shipment Status".
> Delivery URL: Past webhook URL which you have copied from step 1.
> Secret: Add any random strong key (i.e df54HJ&^*&*%^654dfssdf*&*78dfkljb)
> Status: Set active
Cancel XpressBees Shipment from Odoo
Tracking number have "-> Cancel" button. Click on this button to system will cancel shipment in XpressBees.
XpressBees with Website Order
Shipping rates will be automatically fetched from XpressBees for their all services/couriers and will be visible under the "Choose a delivery method" section.
