Deltatech Chatter Module
Overview
The Deltatech Chatter module enhances the Odoo form view by implementing a resizable split panel for the form content and chatter area. This module solves the common usability issue where the chatter section takes up too much space or is too small for effective communication tracking.

Technical Implementation
The module utilizes the Split.js library to create the resizable interface. It patches the Odoo FormRenderer to add the split functionality to form views. The implementation includes:
- Dynamic initialization of the splitter when a form view is displayed
- Proper cleanup on component unmount
- Event listeners for window resize to ensure proper functioning
- Fallback handling when the required DOM elements are not available
