Dpd Romania Shipping
Configurare Modul Dpd Romania Shipping
Modul Apps – Categories All - Search modul Dpd Romania Shipping – click buton Install:
Pentru a avea un nomenclator de orașe unic, recomandăm instalarea modulului Romania – City (l10n-romania), mai ales în situația în care se folosesc mai mulți conectori de curier.
Pentru configurarea Metodei de livrare: Sales – Configuration – Shipping Methods:
În Shipping Methods se va apăsa butonul Create:
Pentru configurarea metodei de livrare prin Dpd Romania se va selecta:
- Provider: se selectează Dpd Romania Shipping;
2. Delivery Product: se crează produsul Livrare Dpd Romania (produs de tip Service);
3. În Dpd Romania Configuration se vor completa credențialele pentru
Client ID, User, Password;
Client ID: se obtine din contul de client MyDPD -> Persoane de contact -> Adresea Mea
4. Preț: Dacă se dorește un preț fix se setează un Fixed Priced, iar dacă se dorește un preț calculat automat nu se completează prețul fix.
După configurarea metodei de livrare se va apăsa butonul Save și butonul Initialization:
După inițializare se aduc datele de servicii și locațiile.
Funcționarea modulului Dpd Romania Shipping
În comanda de vânzare după selectearea clientului și a produselor, se va adăuga transportul.
Adăugarea transportului în comanda de vânzare
Click pe butonul Add shipping:
Se va deschide fereastra unde se vor completa datele în câmpurile Service, Value to Collect. Se va da click pe butonul Get Rate:
După apăsarea pe butonul Get Rate, sistemul va calcula automat costul transportului.
După apăsarea butonului ADD, sistemul va aduce automat costul transportului în comanda de vânzare.
Crearea Awb-ului
Se va accesa Delivery de unde se va crea Awb-ul:

În Delivery se va apăsa butonul Carrier Details:
Se va deschide fereastra pentru a introduce datele pentru livrare : se va completa în câmpul Carrier: Dpd Romania; Service; valoarea asigurată Parcel Value și valoarea de ramburs Value to Collect (ex. 51), dar și altele dacă este cazul, precum Numberof Parcels, Is Envelope, TotalWeight.
Atenție!!! În Chrome trebuie dezactivată completarea automată a adresei.
După completare se va apăsa butonul Apply
Pentru a trimite datele către Dpd Romania se va apăsa butonul Send to shipper:
Printarea Awb-ului și urmărirea comenzii
Pentru printarea awb-ului se va apăsa butonul Print Awb, iar pentru a urmări comanda se va apăsa pe butonul Tracking. Acest buton duce pe site-ul Dpd Romania de unde se urmărește comanda.
Anularea AWB-ului
Dacă s-a greșit Awb-ul, în comandă la secțiunea Additional Info există posibilitatea de anulare. Se apasă butonul Cancel și se reiau pașii de la Carrier Details, modificarea necesară și apăsarea butonului Send to shipper.
Dpd Romania Shipping
Configure the Dpd Romania Shipping module
Apps module - Categories All - Search Dpd Romania Shipping module - click Install button:
If you want to have a unique nomenclature of cities, we recommend installing the Romania - City module (l10n-romania), especially in the situation where several courier connectors are used.
To configure the Delivery Method: Sales - Configuration - Shipping Methods:
In the Shipping Methods, click the Create button:
To configure the delivery method Dpd Romania Shipping, select:
- Provider: select Dpd Romania;
2. Delivery Product: you have to create the Dpd Romania Delivery product (Service type product);
3. Fill the credentials in Dpd Romania Configuration: Client ID, User, Password.
4. Price: If you want a fixed price, a desired price is set, and if you want an automatically calculated price, you will not complete the fixed price.
After configuring the delivery method, click the Save button and the Initialization button:
After initialization, the service data and locations are brought.
Dpd Romania Shipping module operation
In the sales order after selecting the customer and the products, the transport will be added.
Adding transport to the sales order
Click the Add shipping button:
The window will open and you can add in Service, Value to Collect fields. Next you will press the Get Rate:
After pressing the Get Rate button, the system will automatically bring the cost of shipping:
After pressing the ADD button, the system will automatically bring the shipping cost to the sales order:
Creating the Awb
Access Delivery from where the Awb will be created:
In Delivery, press the Carrier Details button:
The window will open to enter the data for delivery - it will be filled in the field Carrier: Dpd Romania Shipping; Service, the insured value Parcel Value and the Value to Collect (ex. 51), but also others if applicable, such as Numberof Parcels, Is Envelope, TotalWeight.
Press the Apply button.
Attention!!! In Chrome, autocomplete of the address must be disabled.
To send the data to Dpd Romania, press the Send to shipper button:
Print the Awb and follow the order:
To print the awb, press the Print Awb button. To track the command, press the Tracking button, this button leads to the Dpd Romania website where the order is being tracked..
Cancellation of AWB
If the AWB is wrong, in the order in the Additional Info section there is the possibility of cancellation. Press the Cancel button and resume the steps from Carrier Details, change what is wrong and press the Send to shipper button:
