Auto Assign Task
Auto Assign Task Odoo app automatically assigns tasks to specific users when a task is moved from one stage to another. You can configure user assignments for each stage within a project. Based on this setup, the task will be assigned to the chosen user as soon as it reaches a particular stage.
Features
- Automatically assign tasks to users when moved to a specific stage.
- Set up automatic user assignments by linking stages with users in the project.
- The app uses the configuration to assign the right user when the task changes its stage.
- Example: If a task moves to the "In Progress" stage, it can be automatically assigned to Jack.
- Note: The task must be linked to a project for automatic user assignment to work.
Click on Configuration > "Task Stages"
Click here to see the created stages.
Click on "View"
Click on "View" to open the particular stage details.
Select Assignee for a particular stage
when ticking the "User to auto assign" than show the assignee list, choose any one from the list
In Project form view change the stage
Show here the final result
The assignee is added automatically as per the stage assignee and Sent also mail to the responsible assignee
