Fleet Rental Management
Fleet Rental Management Odoo app is a simple and helpful app for businesses that rent out
vehicles or provide transport services. It helps you manage the entire rental process from
booking a vehicle to completing the trip and sending the invoice. With this app, you can book
vehicles, assign drivers, and create duty slips for each trip. The duty slip records all the
important details like fuel usage, service or repair work, parking charges, and any other extra
expenses during the trip. You can also enter the start and end readings of the vehicle’s
odometer and upload images for proof.
One of the useful features is automatic email communication when a driver is assigned, they
receive the full trip details by email, and the customer also gets the driver’s information.
After the trip ends, the app creates an invoice automatically based on the vehicle’s usage and
distance covered. Customers also receive a feedback request to rate their experience.
The app includes dashboards that give you a clear view of all bookings and fleet activity,
helping you make better decisions. It also provides ready-to-print reports like trip history,
fuel usage, service details, parking costs, other expenses, and vehicle document expiry. You can
manage all your vehicle documents and set reminders before they expire. The app allows you to
set up vehicle types, models, drivers, trip charges, and much more. It supports both Odoo
