Spa Salon Management in Odoo
You can manage a spa salon management in Odoo using this application. Create a salon order for the customer and generate an invoice for the salon order. Create Appointments for customers and generate Salon orders from the Appointments. Organize your Salon Customers, Employees, Products, and Services in one application. Create various salon/spa services, e.g., Hair Cut, Hammam Massage, etc. Create different kinds of packages, e.g., bridal packages, detox packages, etc. In a package, you can enter services and products, e.g., in the Bridal Package, services may be HD Makeup, Hair Styling, Nail Art, etc, and products may be makeup kits, nail glitters, etc. So, add all the relevant services and products to the package. You can create salon orders in 2 ways. First is to create a salon order with the order type 'Service'; here, you have to manually enter the services that you are going to provide to a customer and if any products from the salon are going to be used during the service, then you can add them into the products tab of the salon order. The second way of creating a salon order is using the order type 'Package'; here, you have to select the package, and all the services and products will be loaded automatically into the salon order based on the package chosen. An Advanced Dashboard is provided for analysis. Various kinds of reports are provided for better understanding.

- Appointments: Manage salon appointments with our intuitive app. Schedule, track, and update appointments in real time, customize services, Manage client information and integrate it with calendars for planning and client satisfaction.
- Salon Order from Appointments: In Odoo, please navigate to the appointment screen. Click the 'Create Salon Order' button. This auto-fills a new order form with the client's details and services booked.
- Configure Services: In the Odoo app, set up your salon or spa services by each service's name, duration, price, and employee. Include options for customization and scheduling for client bookings and management.
- Configure Package: Here you can specify number of services and products that you include for the package.
- Package Services: List all the services which customer will get if they take this package.
- Package Products: List all the products which are going to be used for a package.

Create Salon Order by 2 way:
- Order Type : Service :- Add Services and Products manually in salon order
- Order Type : Package :- Services and Products will be loaded automatically into salon order based on package
- Customer Feedback: After completing service you can send email to customer for taking customer satisfaction rating and review, that helps you to improve your services.
- Bulk Cancel: Salon Spa Management System will provide a feature to cancel multiple orders at one click with cancel reason.
- Checklist: Using salon checklist option you can create checklist template that can be load into salon/spa order, and depends on the completing that chacklist the percentage will be display in spa/salon form.
- Document Management: You can attach documents for specific salon/spa order using our add attachment option.
- Terms and Condition: With spa-salon terms and conditions option you can define the terms and conditions for the salon appointments or salon order, that will be load into the salon order.
- Customer Portal: Salon Management app provides a portal for customers, to check their details like appointments and orders with diffrent sorting and searching options
