Warranty Management System in Odoo
Warranty Management Odoo app helps businesses manage product warranties in a structured and
professional way. It allows you to handle both free and paid warranties, track warranty periods,
and manage renewals directly in Odoo. Customers can easily raise warranty tickets if they face
issues with a product, and the system ensures every request is recorded and tracked.
You can configure warranty policies for products, set notifications before a warranty expires,
and send reminders to customers by email. If a warranty is renewable, the system provides
options to extend it, while also keeping a complete history of past warranties. For paid
warranties, invoices are automatically generated.
The app also supports repair and replacement processes. You can create repair orders, assign
tasks to technicians, and track progress until the issue is resolved. Customers can provide
ratings and feedback after their warranty requests are completed, giving valuable insights into
service quality.
Reporting tools are included, allowing you to print warranty cards, warranty history, and
analysis reports in PDF format. With features like “Today Expired Warranty,” “Expired Warranty,”
and “Renewal Warranty” menus, businesses can keep full control over warranty operations.
