WhatsApp Calls Integration (Enterprise) lets your team make and
receive WhatsApp voice calls right inside Odoo Discuss. It is built on top of the WhatsApp module
that comes built in with Odoo Enterprise, so it uses the same WhatsApp Business number and the
same conversations your team already works in. There is no extra phone line and no new tool to
learn.
When a customer calls, the call rings every agent on the WhatsApp account notification list at
the same time, and the first person to answer takes it. You can also call a customer back with
one click straight from their chat. Calls can be recorded automatically and played back later,
and every call is saved with the contact, direction, duration, and result next to your message
history.
Set the hours when calling is allowed, send a friendly auto-reply when someone calls after hours,
and stay within WhatsApp rules with built-in customer call permission. It is a simple way to turn
the WhatsApp app you already have in Odoo into a complete voice channel for support, sales, and
service teams.
