WhatsApp Call Connect brings the power of WhatsApp Business Calling API directly into your Odoo Discuss. Make and receive crystal-clear voice calls with your WhatsApp customers without ever leaving your Odoo workspace. Every call rings all configured agents simultaneously with a race-free first-to-accept system — ensuring no customer call goes unanswered.
Built on WebRTC for browser-native audio, this module handles the complete call lifecycle: inbound ringing with popup notifications across all agents, outbound dialing from the Discuss sidebar, call recording, and business hours with automatic out-of-hours rejection and customer auto-reply. Every call is logged with full duration, direction, and recording history.

The module features a customer call permission system — send a Meta-approved Call Request template to request calling permission, and the customer's grant/deny response is tracked automatically via interactive webhooks. Once permission is granted, agents can initiate outbound calls with a single click from the Discuss channel sidebar.
