Your threats will be reported to Odoo
Since you made yourself look professional and the issue is ether technical or timing, I will make sure to explain the point correctly and starting with the Threats that you put after we gave you one star review on trust pilot, for the awful experience we had with you, FYI we made a screenshots for your chat, before you remove the threats comments: for example ''Also our script is running on your live environment'' and ''we know who you hire for customization'', this screenshots will be shared with Odoo, because someone with your mentality should not be given access to any server. you can't just take ppl money and put threats when they complain.
there is Zero challenges in making the DHL module work correctly, it can be easly coded and ppl did it an hundreds of other platforms, but you don't care about providing anything usable, just take some money and say it is DHL restrictions.
for the migration money that you took down payment and did nothing in it, it was not timing issue because you did not even manage to create staging Branch with Odoo 17, my conversation with you about that is also well saved. so stop pretending that you are professional business, it is really unsecure to give you access to anything, at any point you might get annoyed and misuse the trust that ppl give you.
Waste of time and money
DHL Odoo Module by NS Infosystem is useless.
I got the DHL Module for Germany, after tons of Hassl to make it work, it give error if your product/order wight is less than 1 kg, which is normal for a lot of online shops products, and when I asked them, they wanted to offer customization to make it work (paid). the excuse is: ''DHL dose not accept wight less than 1kg'' well you should make your Module adjust the wight according to DHL rules, sure they will not tell you this info before you buy the module.
also the Module will give error if the customer bought in your online shop and entered the house number in the same street line, which is normal in Germany. so if you got 50 order per day, you have to change the address for each one (not sure if that possible even), instead of the module to be smart a little to avoid that. and also for sure they will forget to tell you this before you buy the module.
at the same time they took a down payment to migrate my platform to Odoo 17, they keept delaying for 2 months saying that Odoo did not provide the version 17 on Odoo.sh, after a little research I found out that it is available, I shared the info with them and they did not manage to create the Odoo 17 staging branch, even if the instructions was written in details by Odoo themselves. anyway if any small error show up they will ask you to contact Odoo ! it is like you are the one who is doing the migration.
they literally did nothing in the migration and I asked them to cancel it and return the down payment, but sure they refused, the excuse is that they migrated the modules !! ofcourse they will answer now and make it look like a conflict, but it is not, save your time and money !!

Address formatting can indeed pose challenges, especially when customers enter the house number within the street line. Our module fetches data based on the set fields on your website. If adjustments are needed to accommodate this format, we're here to assist in configuring your site accordingly.
Regarding the migration to Odoo 17, we understand your frustrations with the timeline. We began the migration promptly upon your request and initiated the process locally due to the unavailability of an official release and staging branch for testing. Delays occurred due to unavailability of Odoo latest version and also as we navigated there were some technical uncertainties in the beta version with required consultation with Odoo for resolution.
