Automated DNS Analysis & DMARC Email Processing to Improve Email Deliverability
This module helps administrators, IT managers, and email infrastructure teams to audit their domain's DNS records and monitor DMARC compliance directly within Odoo. It simplifies the setup, analysis, and ongoing management of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records â enabling proactive troubleshooting and reporting of deliverability issues.

Performs DNS audits
- Gets MX records and checks for an aligned PTR record
- Checks for the presence of a valid SPF record
- Checks for a valid DMARC record
- Looks for common DKIM records
- Supports validating DKIM records with non-standard names by simply sending an email
- Supports multiple DKIM records (for example if using a mail delivery service such as SendGrid)
- Identify weak configurations, such as DMARC policies set to "none" or SPF records with too many DNS lookups.

Easy Installation & Setup
Install. Add domains. Add email servers. Analyse.
Step 1: Define the domains that you wish to audit and monitor
Odoo will fetch DNS records related to email delivery and your DNS configuration will be analysed for missing or misconfigured DNS records
Because DKIM selectors do not have to conform to any specific name, and DNS records can only be queried by name and type, Odoo will attempt to find DKIM records matching known names by major email providers.
If you have a DKIM selector that doesn't conform to one of these known names, simply send an email to the account that is configured to receive your DMARC reports, and Odoo will retrieve the DKIM selector from the header and fetch the DNS record.
Step 2: Create an incoming mail server for each email address that you receive DMARC emails to
