Secure client onboarding and integration
To get started, connect your account to the collection service using a secure token. After installation, click "Connect" to establish the connection. Next, onboard your client by clicking the "Onboard Client" button (as shown above). Once completed, authentication is securely stored within Odoo, giving you safe and seamless access for all DoCollect actions.
Data updates and manual refresh
Information is updated once a day through a scheduled action (cron job), which can be adjusted to meet your requirements. Users can also manually trigger an update whenever the latest information is needed. For additional details, users can view extra information in the DoCollect Info tab within the form view.
End collection action
After the invoice is paid, the client can easily pull it back to prevent any further processing.
Escalation to external collection
If an invoice remains unpaid, the user can escalate it to Kronofogden (or another collection authority) for further action.
Privacy policy
DoCollect securely sends invoice data to third-party collection services for reminders and legal escalation. By using this application you consent to sending this data. See the privacy policy of the collection service for more info.
