This application facilitates seamless room booking, service management, and centralized administration. Users can efficiently generate invoices and manage all aspects within a unified interface. Additionally, the app supports flexible payment options, allowing transactions through both bank and cash payments.

Once you installed you can check our Menu in App list
Click on the configuration, Select Apartment Create Apartment and all the apartments will be listed here.
CLick on Service category, You can create new. In service category we have created a caution Money, If it is Deposit or Advance amount we can select this Check box
Click on services in configuration, There we can map the service with service category as mentioned in the example
Click on Bed-types in the configuration, you can create bed type it can anything like size, model, etc Click on Beds in the configuration, create Beds number
CLick on Room types in configuration, create the Room type Click on Rooms in the configuration , create Room and there you can select Room types, Apartment and beds
Navigate to the Booking Menu and select "Create Booking." Instead of the default form view, locate the Pricelists section. Create a separate Pricelist for each bed, and within each Pricelist, set conditions based on the duration of the tenancy days. Example- If customer stays for minimum 1 day then bed charge will be 100/day, if it is equals to or more than 10 days then bed charge will be 80/day
Click on Bookings Menu, Select the customer, Check in and check out date, Interval time can be any number. We have automated the next payment according to the intervals. You can select Apartment, Room and bed and select Services availed by Customer, type of payment Bank/Cash
Once the customer paid, Invoice will be generated and Next payment will be created automatically in draft invoice state. Note: In services, If you selected any Caution money services, it wont be added in next cycle since it is one time payment by Customer.
Click on Invoicing Menu, and you can see the generated invoices. Paid Invoices in Post State.

Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) as well as Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.
