How It Works

1. Create income/expense entries in draft state
2. Move to 'pending' state when ready for payroll processing
3. Generate payslip - entries within date range are automatically included
4. When payslip is paid, entries move to 'paid' state

Amortized Payments

Create loans or advances that are automatically split into monthly installments. The system calculates the payment amount per period and generates the payment schedule. Track paid vs pending amounts and refinance if needed.

Excel Import

Import bulk entries from Excel files (.xlsx or .xls). The file should have 3 columns: Employee ID, Amount, and optional Label. Employees can be identified by database ID, identification number, or badge ID.
