ODOO-Due Deligence
ODOO-Due Deligence allows Efficiently manage and verify contact documents for due diligence, with automated status tracking and seamless invoice creation upon completion.
Document List
- Here you can mentioned the documents which are required in due Deligence process.
- Go to Contact--Document Types. Click on new and create a new document type by adding the name of document.
Document Verification
- The next step is to add documents and verify them. Go to Contact>>Select the Conatct>>Due Diligence Tab>>.
- Click on Add line and Add the documents and if verified then click the verify checkbox.
- After document verification, check if the process is complete.
Due Deligence in Invoice creation
- Once the due diligence process is marked as complete, the system allows for invoice creation for that contact.
- If due diligence process is not completed, the system ask for the reason to create invoice when click on confirm button.
- User only provide reason to create invoice. Only user who have access can create invoice after providing the reason for invoice creation.

- If due diligence process is not completed, the system ask for the reason to create invoice and then create invoice.
