Navigate to Apps and search for Point of Sale Smart Order Lists | All POS Order Lists | Order Lists POS. Install the module by clicking the Activate button.

After installation, navigate to Settings → Point of Sale.

Scroll to the Display Orders in POS section.

Enable Show POS Orders in POS to display an Orders button inside the POS interface. Configure the Session Limit Configuration to determine how many POS orders should be loaded in the popup window. Select the desired Default Status Filter that will be applied when the Orders popup opens. Configure the Popup Color to customize the appearance of the POS Orders popup toolbar. Enable Show Draft Orders if draft POS orders should appear in the Orders popup. Enable Show Posted Orders if validated POS orders should appear in the Orders popup. Click the Save button to apply the configuration changes.

Select the required POS shop and click Continue Selling or Open Register.

Inside the POS screen, click the Actions Menu (three-dot button) located at the bottom of the screen. Select Orders from the available action options.

What do I need before using Point of Sale Smart Order Lists?
Configure Odoo POS and install this module with required dependencies. Then enable Show POS Orders in POS on the required Point of Sale configuration.
What if POS order list features are not working as expected?
Recheck POS configuration, order visibility settings, and session load mode. Upgrade the module and refresh POS assets after making changes.
Can I control how many orders are loaded?
Yes. Use Session Limit Configuration on the POS configuration. You can load the current session, current day, last 3 sessions, last 5 sessions, or all sessions.
Where do I enable the Orders button?
Open Point of Sale → Configuration → Point of Sale, select your shop, and enable Show POS Orders in POS. You can also configure status visibility, default filters, barcode display, and popup color.
What does the Backend List button do?
It opens the same filtered POS order results in an Odoo backend modal. This backend action is intended for POS managers and opens selected orders in read-only detail views with product and payment lines.
What Odoo version is required?
The module supports Odoo 19. Required dependencies are point_of_sale, account, and web.
Does this module replace standard POS?
No. It extends standard POS with order history features while preserving normal POS operations.
