Install "Customer QR-Code Scanner in Pos" module from the Apps menu.

In the contact form or list view, we’ve added an action that generates a QR code for the customer based on their mobile or phone number. If the customer does not have a mobile or phone number on file, the QR code will not be generated. This ensures that QR codes are only created when there is valid contact information available, enhancing data accuracy and relevance.

Users can generate a QR code report for all selected customers or for individual customers.

Click the 'ScanQR' button in the POS session to activate your device's camera, allowing you to scan QR codes directly from your mobile or desktop. This feature integrates seamlessly with the POS interface, offering a quick and efficient way to capture customer information with a single click.

In the scanning interface, you have two options: either scan the QR code directly using your device's camera or upload an image containing the QR code. When scanning directly, the system automatically detects and reads the QR code as soon as it appears in the camera’s view, instantly setting the customer on the POS without any additional steps. This streamlined process ensures quick and accurate customer identification.

After uploading an image, click the "Scan Image" button to process the QR code.

The customer will be automatically set on the POS, and you'll receive a notification confirming the action.

Admins can remove a customer's QR code by clicking the 'Remove QR-Code' button. This button is only visible to users with admin privileges.
