This module allows you to apply discounts on the total order amount - either as a percentage or a fixed amount - directly from the POS interface.It provides flexibility for store managers to set discount rules based on minimum order values, ensuring seamless and automated discount management during checkout.

Apply Discount on Total Order Amount
This feature helps simplify checkout operations by letting cashiers give a single discount on the total bill. Whether you are running a special offer or a seasonal sale, this makes managing discounts quick, accurate, and fully automated in the POS interface.
Support for Fixed and Percentage Discount Types
The module supports two discount calculation methods - Fixed Amount and Percentage. Managers can configure which type to use directly in the POS settings, giving complete flexibility for different business needs.
Conditional Discounts Based on Minimum Order Value
You can define a minimum order amount required to activate the discount automatically. For example, set a rule where customers receive a 10% discount only when their total exceeds $1,000.

1.) Enable Discount on Total Amount in POS Settings
In the POS configuration menu, you can enable the option Allow Discount Based on Total Amount.

Here, the manager can define the minimum order amount, select the discount method (Fixed or Percentage), and set the discount value.

4.) Automatic Percentage Discount Applied to Total Amount
When the order total meets or exceeds the minimum amount, the system applies the configured percentage discount automatically. The discount apply notification is visible directly in the POS interface, ensuring transparency for both cashier and customer.
5.) Receipt Showing Discount Details
The printed POS receipt includes a discount line displaying the exact amount deducted. This ensures the customer receives a clear and professional breakdown of the discount applied.

This screen allows you to select Discount type fixed amount or as a percentage.

8.) Automatic Fixed Amount Discount Applied
This screenshot demonstrates the system applying a fixed discount on the total order amount. For instance, if the rule specifies a â¹100 discount, it is deducted automatically from the total once the order qualifies. The discount Apply Notification appears clearly in the order summary for easy verification.
