POS Customer Order History & Reorder
POS Customer Order History & Reorder is an Odoo Point of Sale extension designed to simplify repeat sales and improve checkout efficiency. It enables POS users to quickly access a customerâs complete POS order history and recreate previous orders as new POS transactions directly from the POS interface. From the POS screen, the cashier can select a customer and access the Orders option from the customer action menu. A dedicated popup opens, listing all past POS orders linked to the selected customer in a structured and easy-to-read format. The order list includes essential information such as Order Reference, Order Number, Order Date & Time, Customer Name, Total Amount, and Payment Status, allowing quick identification of the required order.
Features
Load Previous Orders as New POS Orders
users can select any previous customer order and load it into the POS as a new order with a single click. All products from the selected order are automatically added to the current POS session, eliminating the need to manually re-add items. The original order remains unchanged, ensuring accurate order history and proper record management.
Customer-Wise Order History in POS
This feature allows POS users to view the complete order history of a selected customer directly from the POS screen. By selecting a customer and accessing the Orders option, all previously completed POS orders related to that customer are displayed in a structured list. This helps cashiers quickly identify past purchases without leaving the POS interface
Fast Search and Order Identification
The app provides a built-in search option to quickly find specific orders from the customerâs order history. Users can search by order reference or order number, which is especially useful for customers with multiple past orders. This feature reduces time spent scrolling through long order lists and ensures a smooth and fast reorder process.
