Invoice from Timesheet

This module allows users to create invoices directly from timesheets. It also enables grouping of invoices by customer, meaning that projects associated with the same customer can be merged into a single invoice.

Features

Set Invoice Product for Projects:

Users can assign an "Invoice Product" to each project and enable timesheet functionality.

Create Invoices from Selected Timesheets:

Users can select the relevant timesheets and generate an invoice directly.

Preview Invoice Details Before Creation:

A pop-up will display the invoice details before it is created, allowing users to review.

Invoice Displays Timesheet Details:

The invoice will include product information, a description of
timesheet details, and the total hours spent.

Individual Product Invoicing:

TUsers can generate invoices for individual products based on selected timesheets.

Invoiced Products and Related Timesheets:

Users can easily access the related timesheets through
a smart button once the invoice is created.

Navigate to Timesheets from Invoice:

The app allows quick navigation from an invoice to the corresponding timesheet list.

Group Projects by Customer for Invoicing:

Users can group projects that share a customer into a single invoice.

Consolidate Projects into One Invoice:

Projects associated with the same customer will be merged into
one invoice for streamlined billing.

1) Project view:

Navigation : Settings ➡ Project ➡ Set Invoice Product

3) Create Invoice Pop-up View:


The pop-up shows what details will appear on the invoice.

The invoice form displays product details, description, and total hours spent.

5) My Timesheets view:

Select timesheets and create it's invoice. now try to have the invoice of individual product.

Here, user can select the individual product to have it's invoice.

User can see that product set as an invoiced product.and user can see the smart button for the timesheet.

8) All Timesheets view:

Here, after clicking the smart button in the invoice leads user to the timesheet
list view. Also, the user can see the invoice field.

Select timesheets and create an Invoice.

10) Create Invoice view:

enable 'Group By Customer' so It will merge projects in invoice whose customers are the same.

Here user can see the only two invoices get created by the Customer Group.

As you can see, the project of that customer will get merged in a single invoice.
