Enable Use Country-Based Pricing to access the Country-Based Pricing tab, where you can configure all pricing rules for each country. Here you can see an example for 'Standard Delivery', where two price rules have been configured.

Country Prices Overview
Go to Website → Configuration → Country Prices. Here you can view all Country-Based Prices for every delivery method.
Checkout Page Example
Select any product and proceed to the checkout page. Here, the customer's country is detected as 'United States', so the Standard Delivery price is shown as $400 and the Local Delivery price as $20.
Percentage-Based Pricing
Here you can see that the price rule for the United States under Standard Delivery has been updated. The price type is set to 'Percentage of Order Value', and the rate is configured as 20%. You can also configure weight ranges and order value ranges to assign the appropriate delivery price.
Automatic Calculation Example
I added one product priced at 2350, and since the shipping charge for the United States is set to 20%, the delivery cost is automatically calculated as 20% of 2350, which is 470.

How does the module apply shipping prices automatically?
