Suivi des processus d'importation d'une manière claire et centralisée.

Création et configuration des partenaires nécessaires:
- Fournisseur international (ACER par exemple) où il faut cocher l'option “Est un fournisseur international”
- Douane
- Transporteur où il faut cocher l'option “Est un transporteur”

Création et configuration des services nécessaires:
- Service transitaire
- Taxes douanières

Création d'une “Check-List” pour l'utiliser sur les dossiers d'importation par défaut
Achat
- Acheter des article du “Fournisseur international”
- Ajouter un dossier d’importation
Dossier d'importation
Dossier d'importation créé à partir de l'achat avec la Check-list par défaut (On peux créer une check-list sur le dossier directement).
L'onglet “Suivi” vous permet de suivre votre dossier d'importation en fonction des différents d'état.
Création des Factures de Frais & Coût
- Pour le service transport par exemple on choisit le partenaire transporteur créé sur le Gif1
- Pour le service frais de douane par exemple on choisit le partenaire douane créé sur le Gif1
Calculer les coûts logistique à partir du bouton “Calculer les coûts”
Consulter les différents éléments lié à notre dossier d'importation à partir des smarts boutons en haut:
- Commandes
- Factures
- Paiements
