Employee Documents Management.
Features:
There is now a Smart button on the Employee view that allows you to attach documents to the employee, such as the employee asset warranty card, user guide, and project plan.
Documents can easily be shown or hidden in the employee via easy configuration.
This module is very useful to manage important documents of the employee. Employees are notified by email when their documents expire. Notifications can be sent before/after the expiration date as well as when the document expires. This module allows sending the notification using scheduled action.
This module has tested in community and enterprise version 16.0, 15.0, 14.0, 13.0
Documents can now be attached to employees via smart buttons. The following types of employee documents can be attached: pdf, jpg, jpeg, png, mp4, gif, etc.
Click the "Expiry Date Notify?" button to receive an email notification about the expiration date.
The schedule actions will run daily and an email will be sent to employees.
An email will be sent to the employee on the day of expiry.
You can send the notification before or after the expiration date by entering the number of days.
