Description
Configured Access Rights for Fleet Vehicle Request
For access fleet vehicle request goto Settings --> Users & Companies --> Users.
Fleet user/administrator access for admin user.
Employee access for employee user.
Fleet Vehicle Requests Menus for User
Employee user only show fleet vehicle requests menu.
Fleet Vehicle Requests Menus for Admin
Admin user shows all fleet vehicle requests menus.
Fleet vehicle requests to approve menu display only approved fleets.
Fleet vehicle requests to assign menu display only assigned fleets.
Fleet vehicle requests to return menu display only returned fleets.
Fleet Vehicle Requests Stages
Admin user shows stages menu from configurations --> stages.
Confirm Fleet Vehicle Requests
Employee user can create and confirm request. after click on confirm button fleet request move to confirmed state, and all fields are non-editable.
Approve Fleet Vehicle Requests by Admin
Only admin user approve and return fleet requests. after click on approve button fleet request move to approved state, and click on return button fleet move to returned state.
Assign Fleet Vehicle Requests by Admin
Only admin user assigned fleet requests. after click on assign button fleet request move to assigned state.
Return Fleet Vehicle Requests by Admin
Only admin user return fleet requests. after click on return button fleet request move to returned state.
Reset to Draft Fleet Vehicle Requests by Admin
Only admin user reset to draft fleet requests. after click on reset to draft button fleet move to new state, and all fields are editable.
Vehicle Not Select Warning
If vehicle not select in fleet, its display warning when user confirm fleet.
From Date and To Date Already Exist Warning
If from date and to date time period already booked from another user, its display warning when user approve fleet.
