Connect Users and Employees Fast
Add a simple admin-only wizard on the user form to link an existing employee or create a new employee in one click. It is small, reusable, and ideal for setups where user and employee records need to stay aligned.
How It Works
A straightforward linking flow for administrators working from the standard Odoo user form.
Open User Record
Administrators get a Link Employee button in the user form header when no employee is linked yet.
Select Existing Employee
The wizard only offers employees that are not already linked, keeping assignments clean and preventing duplicates.
Create If Needed
If no suitable employee exists, the wizard can trigger the standard Odoo employee creation action directly from the same popup.
