Odoo Allocation of Equipment Assets and Machinery App


It is very important to allocate the equipment to users and sometimes it's difficult to manage so, with the help of equipment allocation request app employee can easily allocate the equipment and track the process of the allocation and also the employee can allocate the equipment on permanent basis or on-demand.


Employees can Set Allocation Type

Employees can allocate the equipment on permanent or on-demand.

Employee can Allocate Equipment

Employees can allocate the particular equipment to user.

Track Allocation Process

After allocation of equipment, employees can track process of allocation.

Warranty & Allocation Status on Kanban

Warranty & allocation status label on kanban view.

Allocation Request Assign to Employee

Allocation request assign to employee on specific schedule date.

Allocation Status Message in Chatter Box

Allocation/approved/return/cancelled request message in chatter box.

Filter Allocation Request by Type, Date

Filter created/approved/return equipments from listed by type, date.

Allocation Status & Updated Qty in Equipment

Show allocation status & updated qty in equipment.

Same Equipment can Not Sell to Other

Already allocated equipment can not sell to another.


Description


Introduce A New Menu

Employee can see new menu inside maintanance module.


Set the Expiry Date of the Product

Here, the employee can set the purchase date and warranty period it will automatically count the expiry date of the product.


No Warranty Types of Equipment

If the equipment has no warranty employees can set the 0 warranty period.


Labels are in Kanban View

By set, the purchase date and expiry date employee can see the direct expiry products(types of equipment).


Menus Inside Main Menu

Here, we can see the child menu added inside the parents menu.


Equipment Details and Employee Information

Select allocation type, category of the equipment, equipment name and employee name(assigned name).



Request Message in Chatter-Box

After fill, the required field employee can track the process of allocation.


Filter the view

Here, employee can set the required filter to filter out the order.


Allocation Request

When allocation request gets created allocation quantity will update and the state is available.


Approve Allocation Request

When allocation request gets approved it will move in approved state.


Approved Message in Chatter-Box

After approved the allocation request employee can see approved by name(employee name) and got the approved message in chatter-box.


Tree view

Here, employee can see the details of approved allocation request.


State and Quantity Updated

Once the allocation request gets approved allocation quantity and state will be updated. so, the same equipment can not sell to another.


Allocate Equipment

When allocation request get allocated it will move into allocated state.


Allocated Message in Chatter-Box

After allocate the equipment employee got the allocated message in chatter-box.


Equipments Tree View

Here, employee can see the details of allocated equipments.


State and Quantity Updated for Allocated Equipments

Once the equipments gets allocated allocation quantity and state will be updated. so, the same equipment can not sell to another.


Return Equipments

If user return the equipment employee can set the state of equipment by clicking on return button.


Return State in Chatter-Box

After return the equipments the state will be updated in chatter-box.


Returned Equipments Tree View

Here, employee can see the details of returned equipments.


State and Quantity Updated for Returned Equipments.

Once employee gets return the equipment the allocation quantity and state will be updated for that equipments.


Employee Again Allocate that Returned Equipment

Employee again allocate that returned product by clicking on set to new button, and the state will be move in new state.


Changed State in Chatter-Box

After again allocate that returned product state will change in chatter-box.


Tree View

Here, employees can see the types of equipment which is a new state. so, easily equipment can be allocated.


State and Quantity Updated for New Equipments

Once allocation request is in new state allocation quantity and state will be updated for that equipments.


Cancel the Equipments

If employee cancel the equipment it will ask the reason of cancel for some future implementation.


Change the State by Submit Button

Once employee submits the reason for canceling it will move into cancel state and employee can see the name of the cancel by(employee name).


Cancel Message in Chatter-Box

After cancelling the request employee got the message in chatter-box with the mentioned reason.


Delete the Cancelled Request

Employee can delete the cancelled request.


State and Quantity Updated for Cancelled Equipments

Once the cancelled request gets deleted allocation quantity and state will be updated for that equipments.


Permanent Allocation Request

Employee also can set the request on permanent basis by selecting allocation type as permanent and by clicking on allocate button it will move in alllocated state.


Permanent Allocated Message in Chatter-Box

After set the equipment on permanent basis employee got the message in chatter-box.


Permanent Allocated Label

After set the equipment on permanent the permanent label added in kanban view.


Replace the Equipment

Employee can directly replace the equipment by clicking on replace now button.


Equipment Replaced

Here, you can see the replaced equipment in equipment field.


Replaced Message in Chatter-Box

Once, equipment replaced employee got the message in chatter-box with previous equipment and new equipment with mentioned reason.


Equipment Updated

When equipment replace it will update with newly created equipment.


Change the Last Equipment Allocation Quantity and State

After replacing the equipment last equipment quantity and state have been updated.


Change the New Equipment Allocation Quantity and State

After replacing the equipment new equipment quantity and state have been updated.


Same Equipment Allocation

Here we have created same equipment for allocation. one equipment is in approved and another in new state.


Notification Message

As we know, the same equipment can not be allocated for multiple users so, by clicking on the update now button it will cancel the previously approved request and create the new request.


Cancelled Previous Request

Here, the previous request has been canceled and a new request created.


Multiple Request with Different State

If employee going to delete multiple request with different state its gives error.

Here, we can see the child menu added inside the parents menu.

Here, you can see the all stockable products.


Calendar View

Here, allocation request calendar view is created.
