Create New Compliance Type

Select Compliance Type. Create A Compliance Type.

Access Fleet Driver Section

Goto Fleet --> Configuration --> Fleet Driver.

Create Driver Record

Create a driver record.

View Created Compliance

You can see the created compliance in the driver record.

Access Full Compliance Details

You can click on smart button to view full compliance.

View Compliance List

View all compliances in list format.

Open Compliance Record

Open individual compliance record to view details.

Access Vehicles Section

Navigate to Vehicles to manage vehicle records.

Open Vehicle Record

Select a vehicle to view its details.

View Vehicle Compliance

View the attached compliance in vehicle's compliance tab.

Access Trips Section

Navigate to Trips menu to manage trip records.

View Trip with Compliance Snapshot

Open trip record to view compliance snapshot feature.

View lorry receipts

Record Creation - Hard Block Setting for Duplicate Vehicle/Driver

Navigate to Settings --> General Settings and configure "Hard block vehicle/driver conflicts" setting. When creating a new trip record with the same date, vehicle, and driver that already exists in another trip:

When Hard Block is TRUE: System shows a hard error: "Vehicle/Driver conflict detected. Cannot create trip with overlapping dates for same vehicle and driver." Record creation is completely blocked.

Record Creation - Allow Soft Compliance Setting

When "Hard block vehicle/driver conflicts" is FALSE and "Allow soft compliance warnings" is TRUE during record creation:

System shows a soft warning: "Warning: This vehicle and driver are already assigned to another trip on the same dates. Please verify the assignment." You can still create the record by clicking Continue.

Confirm Button - Hard Block Setting for Conflicts

When clicking the Confirm button on a trip record with "Hard block vehicle/driver conflicts" set to TRUE:

If vehicle or driver has overlapping trip assignments, system shows hard error: "Cannot confirm trip. Vehicle [Vehicle Name] is already assigned to Trip #[Trip Number] from [Start Date] to [End Date]." Confirm button is completely blocked.

Confirm Button - Allow Soft Compliance Setting

When "Hard block vehicle/driver conflicts" is FALSE and "Allow soft compliance warnings" is TRUE on Confirm button:

System shows soft warning: "Warning: Vehicle/Driver scheduling conflict detected. The same vehicle or driver is assigned to overlapping trips. Do you want to continue?" You can still confirm the trip.

Start Button - Require LR Setting (Hard Block)

When clicking the Start button with "Require LR before starting Trip" set to TRUE:

If no LR is attached, system shows hard error: "Cannot start trip. Lorry Receipt (LR) is required before starting the trip. Please create and attach LR document first." Start button is completely blocked.

Start Button - Allow Soft Compliance Setting

When "Require LR before starting Trip" is FALSE and "Allow soft compliance warnings" is TRUE on Start button:

System shows soft warning: "Warning: No Lorry Receipt (LR) found for this trip. It is recommended to attach LR before starting. Do you want to continue without LR?" You can still start the trip.

Compliance Buffer Days Configuration

Navigate to Settings --> General Settings and set "Compliance buffer (days)" value. This setting works with both Confirm and Start buttons.

For example: If buffer is set to 7 days and trip ends on January 31st, system checks that all compliance (driver license, vehicle insurance, permits) is valid until at least February 7th. If any compliance expires before that date, error or warning is shown based on Allow Soft Compliance setting.
