Purpose of the application
The purpose of the EWall AI Agent Odoo application is to elevate customer support efficiency by utilizing advanced AI technology. It aims to deliver real-time, precise responses to customer inquiries, easy support processes, and improve overall user satisfaction. This application is crafted to optimize customer interactions and ensure that every query is met with prompt and accurate information.
Prerequisites
- Install the dependencies indicated in the 'requirements.txt' file for the module.
- Set up the Flowise AI in the system using the following URL - https://docs.flowiseai.com/getting-started#setup-1
- Run the flowise AI on the system and follow the flowise setup steps.
Note: Run the flowise service in the background to handle customer inquiries on the Odoo website.
Command: pm2 start pnpm --name "flowise-chatbot" -- start
