This
module enables conversion of different currencies with predefined system exchange rates and/or
spot exchange rate on Invoices, Bills, Payments, refunds and other business transactions.

Download and install the module.
Main Currency:
- Open Invoicing app and configure your Functional (Main) Currency from the configuration tab.
- Menu Path:
- Invoicing > Configuration > Settings > Main Currency
Selecting/Configuring Currencies for Exchange Rate
- Creating a
Currency:
- You can Select from predefined currencies or Create your other currencies for exchange rate conversion.
- Menu Path:
- Invoicing > Configuration > Currencies > Create
- In the Currencies Creation Form enter Currency name, Unit, Sub Unit and Symbol.
- Toggle the Active button as ticked to activate the currency.
- On the line level enter Date, and conversion rate.
- Multiple rates at Different Dates can be used as well
Selecting a predefined Currency:
- Menu Path:
- Invoicing > Configuration > Currencies
Applying the Exchange Rates:
The exchange rates module will apply these rates to the predefined currencies and calculate the resultant amount in that currency. This is done for the following:
Customer Invoices: Customers > Invoices > Create > select an active Currency
Exchange Rate: This dropdown menu gives the options of Spot Rate with editable field, and
System Rate: The rate defined while configuring currencies
Credit Notes: Exchange rate for credit notes can be configured in pretty much the same way as Invoices.
- Customers > Credit Note > Create > select an active Currency > Exchange Rate
Customer Payments: Exchange rate for credit notes can be configured similarly.
- Customers > Payments > Create > select an active Currency > Exchange Rate
Vendor Bills: The Exchange Rate module configures the exchange rate for different currencies for vendor bills as well.
- Invoicing > Vendors > Bills > Create > Select an active Currency
Exchange Rate: This dropdown menu gives the options of Spot Rate with editable field, and
System Rate: The rate defined while configuring currencies
Vendor Refunds: Exchange rate for refunds can be configured in similar fashion.
- Vendors > refunds > Create > Select an active Currency > Exchange Rate
Vendor Payments: exchange rate for payments can be configured.
- Vendors > Payments > Create > Select an active Currency > Exchange Rate
