"odoo_face_attendance" module is installed on the Odoo server before logging in to the Android app.

To ensure compatibility, kindly verify that the Android application supports Android 6 (Marshmallow) or later. For assistance with support for older or newer versions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How to Login?
Open Server URL Screen by default when you open the mobile application
- Get "server details" & "your credential" from your server administrator / odoo administrator.
- Enter your odoo server URL.

Enter your port number. i.e.
8069or "blank". -
Enter database name which database you want to login.
i.e."24070692-15-0-all"
Here example of URL"https://runbot.odoo.com"
Click on Next button
Now enter user details
- Enter your user name (same user name which you logn in to odoo backend).
- Enter your password (same password which you logn in to odoo backend).
- If you want to rembember login details then click rembember me check box. (It is optional)

How it works
Add Face
Add Face
- Allow all relevant permissions to pop up when starting to use the application.
- Once the face is recognized, the "Add face" button becomes visible.
- Tap to scan face button
This face will be considered as part of the face recognition
process.
Add Face Preview and Save Face
- Users can preview their faces on this screen.
- Users can display their names, as per Odoo, below their user image.
- There are two buttons,
- Save Image
- Once the user taps on the "Save Image" button, the preview face will be saved on the device for marking attendance using the face authentication process.
- Re-Scan Face
- The user can re-scan his/her face by tapping on the "Re-Scan Face" button.

- Users can show his/her display image.
- At the bottom of the slide, users can view the last 5 history records of both check-in and check-out activities.
- Tap to scan face button.
Face recognition
- Adjust the face at the center of the screen. Once the face is properly recognized, the Capture Button will become visible.
- Tap on then capture button.
Face recognition preview and confirmation
- Once the face is recognized, the user's name will appear at the bottom of the image, and the Check-in or Check-out button will become visible. (Please refer to the left-side image for clarification).
- If the user's face is not recognized, the re-scan icon will become visible. Click on it to re-scan your face again. (Please refer to the right-side image for clarification.)
- Once the user taps the "Tap to Check-in" or "Tap to Check-out" button, their attendance will be confirmed.

How to get APK file?
- Open "odoo_face_attendance" module folder.
- Open "static" folder.
- Open "APK" folder.
- Now you copy "OdooFaceAttendance.apk" from this location and install it on your android device.
is highly recommended to clone the repository using Git LFS
(Large File Storage) to ensure correct APK file sizes during

Location Support?
Along with face recognise, does it support location of the user scanning the face?
