STORY BEHIND THE FEATURES

ODOO BEHAVIOUR

In traditional Odoo setups, users often encounter a notable absence of integration between task timing/calendar events with sales processes.

  CLUEDOO BEHAVIOUR

Cluedoo's solution bridges this gap by introducing a comprehensive enhancement to sales order with start date-end date module.

 MODULE

Feature streamlines task management by automatically creating tasks associated with sales orders, complete with predefined start and end times derived from the corresponding sales order lines.

Users can now also link calendar events to SO Lines, automatically populating start and end dates from the associated events.

HOW TO USE THIS MODULE?

Start date - End date linked to Task

1.

Create a Sales order with a service product.

Input the project's timeframe by completing the "Start date" and "End date" fields.

Once Sales order is confirmed, a task will be automatically generated.

2.

The planned date of the task will automatically adopt the dates specified on the Sales Order Line.

Website appointments linked to Sales order line.

1.

Once a client confirmed an appointment via website.

2.

The appointment time will be automatically logged in the Sales Order's "Start date" and "End date" fields.

3.

The start date and end date in meetings will also be inherited accordingly.
