Odoo 17 Enterprise HR Payroll Batches PDF/Excel Reports + Folder Tags
Features
- Now you are able to print payroll/payslips batches/sheets for all employees on a single sheet! This module is designed to make payroll reports easy for management to read and simplifies the process of sending them to the bank for payment.
- You can effortlessly print payroll reports from different menus.
- This module also provides the option to add one or more signature spaces on the reports to be signed by the responsible parties.

Select the Payroll Report for detailed employees salaries
Go to Payroll > Payslips > Payroll Batches and Select the Sheets that you want to print
Fill all the data that you want in the report
This is how the PDF Report Looks like (With Multi Pages for each batch if found)
This is how the Excel Report Looks like (With Multi Tabs for each batch if found)
Select the Payroll Totals Report for more abstract salaries totals without employees names
Go to Payroll > Payslips > Payroll Batches and Select the Sheets that you want to print
Fill all the data that you want in the report

Here is a shortcut for the reports in the Payroll Reports Menu if you prefer a faster way
Go to Payroll > Reporting and Select the report that you want to print
Arrange your Sheets in Folders with tags
Here you can create more folder tags
And then they will appear like this after you click on a folder

Add your batch or sheet to the folder tag + the refresh button to refresh the total + a shortcut button to print the payroll sheet drectly from the batch
