Enable Electric Vehicle on any fleet vehicle to unlock battery capacity, charging power, fuel comparison settings and computed performance metrics updated from confirmed charging sessions.
Smart buttons open filtered charging sessions and energy reports directly from the vehicle form.
Charging Sessions
From registration to confirmed cost
Register energy (kWh), price per kWh, location and odometer reading. Select a tariff to auto-fill the price based on session date/time and configured time slots.
On confirmation, total cost is locked, vehicle KPIs refresh and per-session fuel savings are computed from odometer distance since the previous confirmed charge.
Time-of-Use Tariffs
Peak, off-peak and standard pricing
Define a default price per kWh and optional time slot lines with From Hour and To Hour in 24-hour format. Hours are interpreted in the company timezone before matching a session.
Example: peak 18:00â22:00 at a higher rate, off-peak 22:00â24:00 at a lower rate, default price for all other hours.
Reports & Dashboard
Management-ready energy and cost analysis
Analyze confirmed sessions in graph, pivot and list views. Filter by period, location type, driver or vehicle. Group by month, driver or location to understand where energy budget is spent.
Generate a Monthly PDF Energy Report by company, optional vehicle, month and year â ideal for finance and fleet managers.

EV Fleet Charging extends Odoo Fleet to manage electric vehicle charging sessions, compute energy consumption metrics and operational charging costs per vehicle.
Installation
- Add the module path to your Odoo addons_path.
- Update the apps list.
- Install EV Fleet Charging.
Dependencies: fleet, mail.
Quick start
- Assign users to EV Fleet User or EV Fleet Manager.
- Set the timezone on your company contact.
- Enable Electric Vehicle on fleet vehicles and configure battery specs.
- As manager, create Energy Tariffs and Charging Locations.
- Register charging sessions with energy, tariff, location and odometer.
- Confirm sessions to refresh vehicle KPIs and fleet reports.
