This module gives you the power to fully cancel a Sales Order — even if it has already been confirmed and all related transfers (pickings) have been completed. With just one action, the system automatically restores the entire order and its inventory movements back to their original, untouched state. For businesses that deal with order mistakes, customer changes, or operational adjustments, this module eliminates stress and time-consuming manual corrections. It helps users save time, avoid inventory inconsistencies, and maintain clean, accurate data across Sales and Inventory.
The picking was validated with the wrong products in Odoo. Solution: Force Cancel Order resets the Sales Order and all pickings automatically.
The Sales Order is already confirmed and delivered, but the customer wants changes. Solution: Cancel and restore the order in one click, then recreate it correctly.
Users confirm and deliver test orders during training. Solution: Instantly reset all related transfers and clean up the Sales Order.
