Add components to MO By Using Custom Labels On BOM
Define Products default on mapping master and assign the products on MO based on BOM configuration
This Module helps to add some components to MO based on your requirement thats already defined on Mapping Master and have to configure on BOM of the Product ...
Can find the custom label menu showed on following screenshot
Create the custom labels related to your Product category or attribute or text Entry based on your final product manufacture product category....
Once Custom label created, have to assign the label on BOM for assigning desired product on Manufacturing and define the quantity also....
Can start the configuration from configure button from sale order line....
The configuration wizard will open once clicked on configure button...
There is two level approval option is there for confirming the configuration from sales manager or higher officials....
Can track the status of the configuration from sale order tree view and from sale order line also....
The person only can approve and confim the configurations and sale order whos has the following authorize...
When confirming the sale order the sysytem will check whether any products assigned for mapping or not. If not assigned any products for the attribute the following warning will come...
Have to asssign the products based on the varient in the mapping master.... The mapping master from MANUFACTURE --> CONFIGURATION --> MAPPING MASTER Can configure mapping master based on requirement...
Finally the custom label mapping product will added to the manufacturing components and you can check the quantity and values which assigned on sale order....
After the creation of Manufacturing can change the value of the custom label from configurator....
The value and product changes on Manufacturing the change made on sale order configurator....
Once changed the attribute value from sale configurator , the update log will updating the changes and counting, you change it n number of times. The updating log will be SALE --> CONFIGURATION --> UPDATED CONFIG LOGS...
