1. Email Validator Configuration

To optimize Contact Email in Odoo, enable the "Email Validator" feature under > Companies > User & Companies > Settings. This allows user to add email in proper format.

3. Contact Email Configuration

Go to Contacts and create new data by clicking on "New." add a name and email. Allow multiple emails by going to Settings > Users & Companies > Companies. However, when adding multiple emails, ensure that there are no wide spaces. It cannot contain special characters like ['=','/', '*', '-', '_', ',' ,'~', '#', '$', '%', '^', '&', '?', '|'],etc.as this may cause issues during the email sending process, thus improving system reliability.

In case you have added email mihir,@gmail.com then you will receive an error as shown in the screenshot there are more examples below as it is not acceptable.

5. Contact Email Configuration

After adding email at right side of the corner you will get email icon after Clicking on that icon will allow you to send an email to the added contact. 6. Contact Email Configuration

User can view the created delivery orders in a detailed form view for each warehouse, providing a comprehensive overview of the order specifics. This allows for efficient monitoring and management of deliveries, ensuring that all necessary information is easily accessible for seamless logistics operations. User Experience: Validating against duplicates enhances user experience by providing immediate feedback when an email address is already in use, allowing for smoother data entry and management. After Creating a new contact detail if email id has been repeated so this error will throw.

7. Contact Email Configuration

Data Accuracy: Checking email domains ensures that the addresses entered belong to valid and recognized domains. This helps maintain a clean and accurate database. This types of domain name is not acceptable.
